The SNA Spoofer is an intelligent device designed to provide local polling for IBM/SNA applications for either the host (FEP) or controller (CPU), using a network to channel the SNA traffic. Prior to transmission all control frames are removed from the SNA stream, leaving only information frames. And the information frames themselves are compressed prior to transmission, further reducing the bandwidth load on the network.

The SNA Spoofer comes with a floppy disk that contains the application software.  Part of the application software includes a set of default parameters designed to meet most requirements.  In case you need to modify the default values, you may do so with the help of a utility program provided for that purpose.
